Soccer for adults with brain injuries

Jigsaw NI and the Brain Injury Team (Belfast Trust) work very closely in order to set up the Brain injury football group. The Irish Football Association (IFA) disability department have been instrumental in the set up of this group. Some of our footballers have represented Northern Ireland in international games and tournaments and the group is very popular with our younger service users with brain injuries. All of the members that attend this group have a brain injury, are very highly functional and have a love for football. This group is held in Olympia LC on Tuesday afternoons.
