Gym - Keep Fit

Our service users enjoy the work-out they get from the use of the Leisure Centre's gym. This includes use of the machines and weights. A qualified instructor is at hand to assist our service users and she is accompanied by a volunteer who helps our service users use the equipment safely. Leisure Centre staff are also available to give advice and guidance. It is essential that each person who wishes to take part in this activity must complete an induction as this is mandatory to use this facility in leisure centres.
